You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password, and keeping your interactions respectful and lawful.
Terms of Service
The main rules for using Activishare, written to make responsibilities and protections easier to understand.
2. Age requirements and child safety
Activishare is currently reserved for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Date of birth is used for this check, is protected, and is not displayed as a public profile detail. Activishare does not currently provide accounts for minors or a guardian-consent flow. Hosts must not use Activishare to arrange participation by minors while this rule is in effect.
Child safety standards
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited on Activishare. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualization of children, sexual extortion involving a child, and trafficking of children for sexual exploitation. These rules apply to profiles, messages, photos, events, and links.
Report a concern using the control on the relevant profile, message, or event, or contact support. Include the account or content link and a short description. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected abuse material. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Content or accounts may be restricted while a report is assessed. Confirmed abuse material is removed from access and escalated to the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority where required. Read our moderation policy for reporting and review channels.
3. Events and attendance
Hosts and partners are responsible for truthful event information, including location, timing, price, capacity, safety rules, and cancellation conditions. Participants must only join events they reasonably expect to attend.
4. Messaging and connections
Private chat is available only after an accepted connection. Abuse, harassment, scams, spam, and unsafe conduct can lead to moderation or account removal.
5. Paid events and partner events
Paid events are processed through payment providers. For partner events, Activishare may collect a platform commission and transfer the remaining amount to the partner or host according to the displayed terms and partner agreement.
5.1 Shop orders
Shop product pages show essential characteristics, the price payable, stock availability, delivery costs, and an estimated delivery window before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation, and its status remains available in the customer account.
5.2 External catalogue events
Some events are supplied by authorised third-party or open-data catalogues and are clearly identified as external. Activishare does not host, sell, guarantee, or manage attendance for these events. Availability, prices, booking, cancellation, and purchase terms are controlled by the named provider on its official website. When an official listing is marked as a partner link, Activishare may receive a commission after a qualifying booking without changing the user's price.
6. Refunds and credit notes
Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at checkout. Partner cancellation or material event changes may trigger a refund to the original payment method and, where required, a credit note or invoice lifecycle update.
7. Moderation
Activishare may review reported events/messages, restrict content, suspend accounts, and keep safety audit records where necessary.
8. Availability
The service may change over time, including when Activishare improves features, safety controls, availability, or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required.
