Delete your Activishare account

You can delete your Activishare account from the app or website. The same process applies to Android accounts.

Delete your account

  1. Log in to Activishare.
  2. Open Profile, then Preferences.
  3. Open the Your data section.
  4. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

You may download your account data from the same section before deleting the account.

If you cannot sign in

Contact Activishare support and request account deletion. Include the account username or email address. Support may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.

What deletion does

Deletion immediately deactivates the account, removes the profile photo and direct profile identifiers, clears stored profile and signup location, disables discovery and communications, and anonymizes the username and email address.

Accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, and legal records may be retained for the periods required by law or legitimate operational needs. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
