Love Yourself Ballet

Join us for a beginner-friendly, compassionate ‘Love Yourself Ballet’ class in partnership with Healing in Movement. Learn to move with ease and joy with elegant ballet movements and self-love affirmations to support your body. All body types and genders welcome.  For ages 3 to 12.
