Interested in bringing history to life by recording an oral history? Is there an older adult in your life who leads, creates, advocates and inspires whose story you want to see told? Not sure where to start? Join archivists from Special Collections to learn the ins and outs of conducting an oral history. The workshop explains how to conduct the step-by-step process from beginning to end. This oral history overview will prepare you for your first interview. This program is being offered as part of the Older is Bolder exhibit, now on display in the Ida B. Wells corridor of Harold Washington Library Center. Space is limited to 25 participants.
