Learn to Make Bioplastics

Explore biomaterials while creating sustainable bioplastics. Try out a simple, replicable method for making bioplastics at home using common household items. Learn more about the field of bio-art and how biomaterials are used in textiles, wearable art and living sculptures, and how they can be integrated with electronics to create interactive, sound-generating artworks. This workshop includes hands-on processes and may get slightly messy, so please dress accordingly. AccessibilityNeed sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance for this event?
