Watch and Craft: Dolores (2017)
About this event
In honor of Latine Heritage Month, join us for a special screening of Peter Bratt's Dolores (2017) while you make your own activist gear. This documentary tells the story of Dolores Huerta, among the most important, yet least-known, activists in American history. Co-founder of the first farmworkers union with Cesar Chavez, she tirelessly led the fight for racial and labor justice, becoming one of the most defiant feminists of the 20th century. Supplies available while they last.© Paramount Pictures | 96 minutes | Not Rated AccessibilityNeed sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance for this event?
