About this event
This is a low impact form of exercise that supports the body while still providing function and movement. Many yoga poses that you do in a class can be adapted for the pool, sometimes using the pool walls as if it were the studio floor. No bookings required. For more information phone Nichola on 0406 574 454. Swimwear and towel.
