Children's Halloween Costume Swap

Have your children outgrown their Halloween costumes? Or did they only wear it once? A successful swap is made possible by generous donations! To donate costumes, please call the library at 312-744-8313 and ask for Jeannine to arrange a costume drop-off from September 23 to 30. Return on October 3 to peruse the swap and select a costume to take home. One costume per child.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  How to Attend Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
