A representative from Operation Graduate will be in-person at the Manning Branch to offer education and scholarship support to those seeking a college degree. Drop by anytime between 3 to 5 PM to learn more.  Operation Graduate helps individuals start or return to college by providing free educational resources, scholarship opportunities and personalized guidance that save students both time and money. Their Graduation Specialists help students navigate the education process and take the next step toward their academic and career goals.
