Join Avalon Cookbook Club for a discussion of Ammazza! in connection with the One Book One Chicago. Following the rhythm of the seasons, AMMAZZA! showcase Hillary’s mastery of Italian cooking and her experience across world cuisines. Hillary menus are rooted in family and tradition, with plenty of inventive twists: a Passover table with Italian flair and the flavor of a Mexican Thanksgiving feast.
