Albany Park Bread Club

We're back! Now in its seventh installment, Albany Park's Bread Club supports bakers and powers sourdough creations with starter distribution, workshops, e-mail support, and exclusive access to our baker's tool library. The weather has finally started to cool down and it's high time to bake! You only need to register once for the entire three-month program. We offer weekday and weekend meet-ups and it's up to you how often you come. For best results, please try to attend at least one meet-up each month.We focus on naturally leavened, or sourdough, breads.
